I got a set for dual piston calipers from my jdm alltrac front clip. is it possible to intstall these on a 6th gen? i know its a common coversion for 5th gen guys, but what about us?

now wait....it the bolt pattern for the calipers are diff on the 5th gen than ours, cant we change the wheel hub from the 5th gen....but will the axels line up?
