Have recently started to get a juddering when I re engage the clutch (worst in
either second or third) not so bad in 4th, accompanied by a metallic sound (not cog grind). Doesn't happen when driving from cold but builds as the cars driven a bit. Is it a synchromesh problem ?, worst when decelerating and shifting down gears. Got any ideas? |

If it almost feels like wheel hop or something that was happening to my car. I took the trans off and found out there were a whole bunch of hot spots all over my pressure plate, and sizable pieces of metal were missing from it. Good ol jap steel.
