OK so im parallel park in front of my driveway and im pulling out...and some fat bitch is literally flying down the street the opposite way and nails my front end.... IM SOO F*IN PISSED I WANNA HURT SOMEONE

and im pulling out...
err if you tell the insurance agent or the police that you were pulling out from a parked postition into the road they well tell you its your fault they will say that you failed to look before pulling out. sure she may have been speeding but she can deny it and say you pulled out in front of her. |
