Um, that is the stock wing, only thing is is the GT-4 Mounts which can be bought seperately without a spoiler, reason that you see lines above & below the GT-Four words. As for price, you just gotta search around, not alot of them being sold to be giving a solid average price.
Edit: Found the info that the site has in the exterior/etc. section. GT-Four Spoiler Posts - These posts fit under the factory two post spoiler to increase the height and the angle of the rear spoiler.
