ok im new to this forum. I have a red 96 celica ST hatchback. I need some input on how to make my car faster without spending an excessive amount of money. I already have plans of getting intake. So what are some things i can do that would help me out for hp gains. thanks

well if u want hp for cheap....i guess u have to go EBAY shoppin...cheap intake there for less the price and they also have hotwire to gain u hp...parts for less and they do the same thing the others does..nothing diff...just cheaper thats all
