 "Cut" Wiring Harness for engine swap, what does "cut" mean |

I am looking at an ST185 engine swap that with less than 40k miles with complete engine, tranny, ecu, and a "cut" wiring harness. The guy i talked to on the phone was asian so i could hardly understand his english. I asked him what he meant by "cut". I asked like 3 times and couldnt understand him so i just said screw it ill ask someone who can speak english. What does he mean by "cut" wiring harnsess and can i even use that or what?

yea.. call them back and asked the to throw in an uncut harnnes -------------------- |
