sorry if this is in the wrong forum ..... if i bought a 6 gen gt-4 from japan that had a blown engine, and i bought a 3sgte from an american car would i be able to put the 3sgte in the gt-4 and have a legal car? just curiuous becuase awd + 3sgte + 6 gen is just awsome lol.

you can do it, but there's work to be done, not much though.

Option 1: You can get the shell, put in a US 3sgte and just swap VIN #'s with your current celica. But then you're left with a US RHD celica.

Option 2: The same as the above, but instead of leaving it RHD, also swap the dash and anything else required to make it LHD. Which would include the stearing colum, peddels, ect...
