 newb question, sways and strut braces |

hey i'm just wondering what sways and strut braces are and what they do, i've always heard people saying to put sway bars on, but i never knew what they do, thx.

for the rear i just use the GT-4 brace that was a stock part in japan
the part number is in the Parts area of the main 6GC site it's like $90MAX at Toyota. GL --------------------  |
