Hey you guys, i was wondering if anyone could offer some help with my car. I am getting some light grey smoke and am wondering what to do. I already used some valvoline injector cleaner, to no avail. Should i look into continuing the cleansing or just replace my injectors, if so about how much would a set of four cost? Thanks for you help.

This is how you find out. Warm your car up until the fan kicks in, feel the top hose of the radiator to the engine and make sure it is hard/pressurized. Then let your car cool down and remove your spark plugs, crank the engine while the plugs are out and if coolant comes out of the holes then you have a head gasket leak.
If the smoke is not heavy, and you just get it at first on start up, you are probably fine and it means nothing. |
