 newb question, sways and strut braces |

hey i'm just wondering what sways and strut braces are and what they do, i've always heard people saying to put sway bars on, but i never knew what they do, thx.

Batman were is it for only 60 online?? \
also , you can get the front and rear set of sway bars, the sus-teq ones.. for around 240 at nopionline.. |
