I know some of you maybe think city lights are gay, but is there anyone who can tell me how to make them?

im thinking of using Varad 12v LED's (the ones that come in packs of four) It says that if i hook it up to a light i doesnt need a fuse. Does this mean i can hook one up to my side markers and now use a fuse?
Also i was thinking about hooking them up to my head light wires but what would this do to my head lights? Would this dim them or have n e affect on them? do the head lights even run on 12v? If i hook the LEDs up to my side markers would the side markers dim as a result? Is it better to hook the leds up to the head lights or side markers when doing this mod?
