if i rebuild the 7a..what type of products should i use..like i'd wanted new pushrods, pistons, connecting rods, lifters, values and springs...anything else i should add to the list??..please help me out everyone

Well, if you don't want to turbo, next time write 7A-FE and not 7A-FTE.
