Removing Window Tint?, my brother just got a $100 ticket

It was a state highway patrol and he said that he was just sitting there all day handing out tint tickets. Anyways he wants to remove it now and he called a local shop and they wanted to charge $100.00. Does anyone know of an easier way?

Guest_Jason_* Guest_Jason_* View Member Profile	It shouldn't take more than a razor blade. When I bought my car, the rear 3 windows had a tint that bubbled, and I removed it with a razor blade and it looks like there was never any tint.
