Does the 96-99 front bumper the same size as the 94-95 so a person with the 95 could switch them because i love the way the 96-99 ones have the built in fog lights.

Fair question....I prefer the design of the later bumper, just looks a bit more modern than the old '94 bumper.
Also of course with this bumper you get 'proper' clear indicators and those bring it up to date. Orange lights don't look great, especially on black cars.
