i'm very new to the car performance scene and i was wondering what else i can do to my car to make it run more efficiently. what other mods can i put on my car to make it faster, more gas efficient, and look and sound better. i have the cold air intake and exhaust...i'm just dont know much about the inside of the car to know what else to do. any suggestions would help. thanks

You need to figure out what you want first. Looks: Try looking around in a sticky post in the Exterior section (click meh). As for faster, gas efficient, sounding better: With a CAI (you sure you got a CAI & not a Short-ram intake? just double checking) & Exhaust, you should have a good sound, as for a faster engine & fuel efficient, you can't have both. Edit: Correction, you can make it efficient at burning gas faster.  If you want it to be gas efficient, leave the car alone, as for faster speeds? try searching around cause there's a lot of options to explain from making hybrid engines to putting a turbo on your current engine to just swapping out, all depends on your budget & how far you are willing to go.Ideas for engine swaps How to for turboing a 5S-FE (Celica GT engine) Some information to start you off, read some of that & just ask what ever questions come up.
