After a slight distraction while going at 90 mph, my old celica (1997) passed away!! - so today i got a 98 model - this ones going to stay hopefully!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

well the reason for not putting the 3sge in the US celica is the fuel economy. americans want good fuel economy, becuase we drive SO much more than people elsewhere in the world. the US just isn't the market to push a lot of sports cars. one or two is ok, but i'm sure toyota didn't want to distract supra and mr2 potential owners with a cheaper powerful car.
