high pitch sound while accelerating, help Options

Hi, my 94 gt auto is occationaly making a high pitched sound while i acclerate. it kinda sounds electronic, kinda like a rc car. it would only be while im stepping on the gas and it would go away if i let off the gas or brake. and when i come to a complete stop you would hear it again while decelerating from around 2k rpm. does anybody have any idea what this is?? any help would be greatly appreciated

ya my car does that it's not an auto, but my car does that in 1st gear in low rpms or reverse. It's just like a whinning sound, almost like siren, it's like a winding up or somethin, kinda weird, but i think it just doesn't like to be at low rpms in low gears, like 1st or reverse . no big deal really.
