for the MR2T swap with the LSD transmission, are there any modifications that need to be done to the axles and/or driveshaft?

The inner shafts will come with a MR2T rear clip. You can get the ABS to work if your car is ABS. I assume that ST's don't come with ABS from Sphinx's comments. My ABS works. UGPM.
