 rotors and brake pads, whats the best combo |

so, i need new brakes and rotors for my car. seeing as now i have more power with the 3sgte, i was thnking of upgrading the brakes.
what are some of the best brands of brake pads for our cars? are cross drilled, or slotted rotors really going to improve braking in our cars? -------------------- 15PSI - 30MPG - Megasquirt Tuned

i ended up buying crossdrilled brembos with some ceramic pads off tirerack. i have been driving around for about a week and can say that my breaking is better then before. its not a drastic change, but u do notice it.
