Celica totaled, stupid alien Options

This is the second time that I have had a celica wrecked by an illegal alien in two years. One top of my anger at having my car taken from me, they dont get in any trouble at all. This time it was like 7 mexicans in an s-10, and they ran a stop sign. The cop said that since they were illegal that he couldnt do any thing to them, unless he was a federal agent. So, they are illegal, have no liscense, registration, or insurance, and get off the hook. I'm glad that I have uninsured motorist in my insurance, but they will probably only give me ~3500 for it when I payed 5200 earlier this year. On top of that I have already paid for a C-One hood and front bumper, and the wreck busted out my projectors.

There is no possible way that cop let people go from an accident without a report. Ask for the report number and go from there. If they did not have proper documentation and I mean the truck information not any green card, then the driver should have been arrested. If the cop just let them go then you should go to the Police station and file a complaint against the idiot.. i mean the cop.
