 Replacing Synchros, Is it a hard job? Anyone done it themsel |

My third gear synchro is going out. when i shift into third at 3k or higher it makes a grinding noise even when the clutch is down. if its lower then 3k i have no problems. I looked in the Haynes book and it looks like there is only 1 synchro is this correct?
Also if anyone has done this themselves please let me know how hard it was. --------------------  hows it taste motha f*cka |

my friend replaced the synchros on his talon tsi. but once they got in there all the synchros are emssed up. (ie. not in order 1,2,3,4,5) and he changed the wrong one. pos dsm's
