How do you take out all the consoles and plastic pieces in the interior?? I gotta 96 celica and i cant find any of the screws or anythin....frustrated...need help...can anybody help me out???

consoles? The center console. Start inside the storgae under the armrest. 2 i think 12mm bolts. That frees the back half the front edge of it slides up and then back out at the joint near the shifter. This then uncovers a screw on each side of the next piece.
The trim around the shifter just snaps in. Once it's out there are 2 screws at the bottom of the panel below the heater controls. Take them out and the rest of that panel just pop out. Below the dash it's screws and 10mm bolts. There is a screw hiding behind the kick panel. You gotta take off the door sill (it pops off) to get the kick panel out. Take it easy on the panels that pop off it dosen't take much to get them out. |
