 Just bought z3 fenders, need to know how to remove bumper |

I just got my z3 fenders for my gf's celica. I started on it today and I am having trouble withe the bumper. I already did a lot of searches on this and didn't get a lot of info. Can anyone tell me were all the bolts and screws are on the bumper that i need to remove.

how do you get the side bolts out? do you need to remove the fender guard? (the piece that covers the wheel arch |
