Cleaning your engine bay, What to use? Options

What have you guys used to clean your engine bay with? And lets see some pics
... My engine is starting to look pretty with the polished cold air intake, chrome caps, etc, but my engine is dirty and gray. Is there any "special" cleaner?

ModdedST sometimes i used to buy some cleaner sprays from gas stations but now i`m using only water......i try to remove the dust with a air pressure and later i`m using only water on clothes......
