Like I said, Will an Auto ECU work with a manual tranny?? Im asking because If I decide to swap, or sell it, Its an Auto tranny an most likly will be swaping towards an manual tranny.. SO Will I need a Manual Ecu?? Im kinda lost, an im asking is because I seemed to have found a good deal on one..
Oh and my buddie said he wasnt sure, but said that for mazdas ( the cars he works on) the only dif he knows of is the auto one has a brain for the auto tranny an thats it.. but i have no clue. This post has been edited by Digndoug: Sep 27, 2004 - 8:15 PM |

You can use the AUTO ecu but it may leave you with a constant CEL...
