Hey I was just wondering, would it be a good idea to cut or melt my stock GT springs to lower my car? I hear some say its very unreliable and don't do it, but these are people that don't know much about cars so I just have to ask you guys to make sure.

Plus it's really ricey. Downgrade performance for a "better" look.

Better idea: drive around with a carful of cinder blocks. That'll nicely complement the ground effects and Nos stickers.
