are you sure about not passing smog? and theres no way your going to have flames coming out of 7 feet (guesstimating) of exaust piping. tony man think of it this way. youd be lucky to see a horse on the dyno with no cat and youd be lucky to see a half a horse on the dyno with a high flow. now this gain would be a whole lot different with a turboed car.
