i think i need a new tranny Options

so for the past couple of weeks my car hasnt been acting the way i'd like it to. i have a 94 GT wtih auto transmission. for some reason its NOT getting into gear the way it should be. its really pissing me off. it will get into 2nd but it takes forever to get it into 3rd. if i push the gas pedal all the way down it will just sit in 2nd for at least 10 seconds, or more. and when it finally does change its not a hard pull like it used to be.

i just want a whole new tranny and if im going to do that why not just switch to manual??
i want to buy this oneoff of ebay...but will it fit onto my GT??

1 question before you go buying new things and wasting money. did you ever have your tranny flushed, with the machine. cause umm my car did that. it sucked . but then i finaly gave up and let someone else touch my car, i watched the whole time though. anyway after all that was done my car was back to normal
