 whining sound coming from engine |

sup guys just recently ive noticed a supercharger kinda sound coming from my motor, it starts off low then wines noticably at 3k-6k also i hear a tapping sound when im WOT kinda a mettal clinging or something kinda scaring me, i mean im not the easiest on the car i admit i get on er quite a bit. but ne help woudl be great, im thinkin alternator transmission or something internal

Mine did that, when I got it back from the shop where the head was machined, and all new valve guides where put it, etc. It went away after a little while though.
