My paint on my 95 hatch fornt and rear bumbers could use some freshing up is there a way to like buff out the dirt. If i take an eraser to it and rub it the color looks way better.
Also im not sure if my car has a clear coat on it as some places are a little bit rougher then others espcially the roof and hood. |

I would reconsider wet sanding since you don't have clear coat on your car. Stock paint is acrylic enamel. Get a polishing compound and a high speed buffer. The ones from the hardware store aren't high speed.
