Ok, Currently my system consists of this:
1: 600 Watt Rockford Fosgate amp 2: Kicker Comp VR in Bandpass Enclosure The sound is alright with the stock speakers. Hatchbacks are awesome for bass. But here's my plan for the front and back end staging... 1: Kenwood Excelon 6.5 Components (Tweet surface mounted/pointed towards center of car) 2: Kicker 6" Midbass speaker (as I've heard humans cant hear higher pitched tones through the back of their ear which would be where the sound would be primarily coming from due to the location.) For signal polishing I was planning on purchasing a head unit (Prolly kenwood) that has a aux-input so I can use my laptop and its EQ for properly tune the sounds out Anyone have suggestions/comments? Oh and does anyone have a good way of keeping a sub box from sliding around in the trunk? -------------------- Fred

I run the comp VR 12's they are awsome. For mids and highs i am running planet audio full range, and planet audio 700watt amp. Sounds really good to me. I am also running a sealed box to take away that cone rattle on hard bass hits. Also to keep me from blowing my speakers, when demoing my system to people
