i have a 99 celica and i was wonder if anyone knew of any tuning shops in columbus ohio or know and online shops that have things like turbochargers, manifolds, and such...thanks

you wont find anything for the Celica.
All turbos/manifolds are done custom, or setup by a strong enthusiast using JDM parts. There are many topics in these boards about turbo'n your Celica. I dont know if you have a ST or a GT, but theres a ST turbo post about 2 below this one  .
