WHAT YEAR DOES THE Porsche 924 HAS TO BE..?? CAUZ I NEED THE TIMMING BELT RIGHT NOW TO COMPLET THE SWAP.........???????THANK FOR YEA HELP.!!!

This is one of the VERY few porsche's to ever run an inline 4... so there is only one engine option. I think it's also one of the very few FR layout Porsches... anyway... model years are 76-81 If I remember correctly... or is it 83? I dunno... 76 to early 80's.

I thought it was the '86. I'm pretty sure it is, the '86 944. But I could be wrong....

Umm... my old-school porsche knowledge isn't all that... but the two cars share the same engine of different generations I believe... one turbo one n/a. I believe the timing belt may be the same between the two... but no-one ever confirms anything. Some people use one belt, some people use the other... and yes... the 944 is a mid eighties model...
