If I got a nitrous system for my 7afe, and later swaped in a 3sgte, could I easily swap the nitrous as well? Is it practical to have a turbo car with no2?
Also, is it legal to use no2 on the street? |

N2O isn't dangerous. You can use it on a stock motor easily as long as you make sure you are getting enough fuel... Its the dumb asses that give nitrous oxide a bad name... BOOM!!
![]() Forced Induction cars LOVE nitrous... N20 greatly reduces intake charge temps... and as we all know turbo's like to heat things up... most of the power comes from the extremely cold oxygen that the nitrous provieds the motor... It is a great addition to spool up the turbo in the lower rpms where turbo lag can be a problem... secondary benefit of N2O is that nitrogen is flamable. ![]() |
