is there any way to modify so the bumper fits whit out taking the crash bar off?

no. because where the mouth part starts is where the center of the crash bar is. the nly way to work around it is to custom fabricate a bar there. I wouldnt know if thats legal cuz i just removed mine and pray to god i dont endup in a head on collission. hehehehe.
