I've read that urethane is very durable, but that it's difficult to paint and is also prone to warping if it's heated or left in the sun for too long (not sure if this is true). But on the other hand, I don't want fiberglass which would chip very easily. What should I do?!?

quite honestly I don't know where you would get a urethane kit from, unless you import from Japan. but, if given the choice I would probably choose urethane because I occasionally have to drive in some pretty bad conditions. to each his own though.
