 Handbrake Adjustment, How to do it |

My handbrake has to be pulled up way too high for it to take effect. I want to adjust it down to like 4-5 clicks. Does anybody know how I can adjust the hand brake? Thanks

if the black rubber was a pink color that would look really wrong. Sorry had to say it.
