hey guys i know this is been explaned before but i cant seem to get how to do this. what part of the strut do you grind when you put the ground controls on the car i seen the how to article and still dont understand. does anyone have close up pictures on how they did it.

It should of come with some kind of diagram, but if not........
![]() *its what i circled 3 times in RED* you grind the hexagon (i think) bolt that is on the stock strut. The funtion of this large bolt looking device is to secure the strut into the strut sleeve. If you grind it, which you have to do, its a bit harder to get off to replace struts, so if your getting new struts put them in first. You can get it loose, just takes a little work!!
