So after looking it up, i'm looking for new shocks for the dropzone springs. Because GR2's are stock replacmennt and the drop is 1.5", they aren't what I want. I don't need the luxury of Koni Yellow's either, I wanted a basic spring like a Tokico blue, etc. Is there no choice between the $200 gr2 and $600 Koni Yellow?

We should find out if the fifth gen. Celica's struts and shocks will work for us. I know that springs are interchangable from '86 to '99('86-'89 requiring the top mounts in the front from a '90-'99.)
