well i might have to replace my front axle. its making alot of wierd noises whenver i move the car and making a lound noise sometimes when i turn the wheel to the right and apply the break. i'm thinking my suspention might have f'ed it up.
well anyway it might just be a ball joint and the 2 bearing i might have to replace. but i wanna know around how much it would cost to replace the whole axle. also could the suspension have played a part in messing up the axle?? thanx |

Depends on the condition of your cv joints. It is possible that the axle could just break while your driving and the whole front end of the car would just drop, but the more likely thing to happen is that it breaks at the hub and it swings around and hits everything. It could really mess up your suspension, but im guessing it would take a while for it to completely fall apart like that.
