 Smog CALi stuff, Whats so diffrent between CA vs others |

I know that California celicas have less horses because of emmision laws. But what reduces the power. Is it a chip or a restricter plate kinda thing. How easy would it be to make a non CA celica legal for CA (better yet a turn CA celica to a non legal and then turn it back when ever i need to)
Its a potenial 5 hp that might not be to hard to get. |

yeah im in ca too, the other thing if you want a quick boost is run the higher octane gas...but id like to hear what actually happens and how we get so screwed with this emissions stuff.
