I know that California celicas have less horses because of emmision laws. But what reduces the power. Is it a chip or a restricter plate kinda thing. How easy would it be to make a non CA celica legal for CA (better yet a turn CA celica to a non legal and then turn it back when ever i need to)
Its a potenial 5 hp that might not be to hard to get. |

But, if anyone plans on buying a new car there is good news... Cali specific cars will be a thing of the past, as manufactuers are now making 50 state smog legal cars... but this dosnt help us now does it ![]() |
