i know this is a dumb question but how do u do photchop?? is it a program?? i was lookin at pics people did with "photochop" and it looks like a nice tool to play with...i wanna see how certain thing swill look on my celica

Paintshop Pro is more user friendly...I use 8, but 9 is the newest version. Also, paintshop pro has the integrated animation pro 3, which you can make fun little smiley gifs...i'm sure you can do it w/ PS, but...meh.
