WHAT IS A GOOD SIZE TURBO WITH QUICK RESPOUND ?? ON A 7AFE...AND HOW MUCH COULD STOCK 7AFE WITH A TURBO KIT ON IT STAND WITH BOOST?

yup i just got a 3sgte..but since the other 7afe motor is just sitting around..........now..just wanna play around with the motor since its out...whenever its need to b put back in when 3sgte is in trouble..thanks thoug
