 Hood liner in celicas, do they come stock? |

Hello eveyone. Just wondering if the celicas came equipped with a hood liner/insulater. I noticed when it rained today smoke/steam forming on the hood with the water drops.

the steam is normal.
it seems that the liner came stock in 94-96 and 97-99 didnt get it -------------------- 15PSI - 30MPG - Megasquirt Tuned
