 Hood liner in celicas, do they come stock? |

Hello eveyone. Just wondering if the celicas came equipped with a hood liner/insulater. I noticed when it rained today smoke/steam forming on the hood with the water drops.

My 97 SSI has one, I thought it was stock as with the folding mirrors,
guess it keeps the engine noise down |
