Ok so I finally bought my system, everythings installed (I should have pictures in by sunday). So here's everything:
Head unit: Kenwood eXcelon KDC-X579 Speakers: Pair of 6" Infinity reference component speakers Amp: 600 watt Rockford Fosgate Amp Subs: 1 10" Kicker Comp CVR in a bandpass enclosure My question is, with this setup does anyone think I could compete very successfully in car audio comps? Any suggestions/comments would be greatly appreciated. Freddy -------------------- Fred

eh, you wont be winning any comps with that setup. especially in a bandpass box, the bass will sound horrible. whats the RMS on that amp? if it is 600rms, then get another CompVR, and put them in a sealed box. it wont be too loud but it will be a little louder, and alot cleaner. with that setup you have now, id only say you would get in the mid 120's or low 130db's with that.
