QUOTE(coustoe @ Nov 26, 2004 - 9:50 PM) QUOTE(Anub1s @ Nov 25, 2004 - 4:18 PM) JetBlue is a new airline that started about 4 years ago and we are based out of JFK in New York City. I am in a support group we call Crew Support, we provide information to all of the departments in the airline about all kinds of stuff. I call our customers about time changes, declined credit cards, duplicate bookings, list people for standby travel, audit standby bookings, clear selectees who are selected to be searched. All of the fun stuff. Any other questions? ![]() cant a computer do that? We use computers to do all of that stuff but there is no way for a computer to do the actual things that we have to do to accomplish these tasks. We have to call people and talk to people constantly, we have information databases readily available for all of our crewmembers but we have access to more information than a lot of them so they call us to get a lot of things done and to ask questions. |
