slow - no disrespect intended here (BTW, we share the same dream of a nice beefy v8 someday), but please dont perpetuate this myth. Although your statement that sitting up decreases chances of pregnancy is technically correct, young kids that read this might get the idea that going bareback and having their girlfriend sit-up after sex is a safe, acceptable form of birth control. I have two good friends that are now fathers because they believed silly statements like this.
The truth is that a guy doesn't even have to feel like he has ejaculated to release sperm. There is a pre-release of fluid prior to ejaculation that contains enough sperm to populate a large city. As for sitting up, many of those little swimmers are very determined and will not be dissuaded by gravity. The advice to lay down for a time period after sex in order to get pregnant is given to couples that are having DIFFICULTY getting pregnant - in other words, folks that often have some other physical impediment to conceiving. -------------------- QUOTE(lagos @ Jul 10, 2006 - 1:55 PM) i know your trying to do the right thing for your motor, but this is one of those times where you should just trust the guys who have had their swaps for a while and have done a ton of research into this. |
