Ok relay calls suck ass. You have to try & talk to the customer through this "middle man" operator & after every thing you say, you have to tell the middle man to "Go ahead" so that they know your done talking...Oooh it sucks....luckily I was only 3 min late for my break *whew*

I work at the bank so we gotta tell them their balance, checking history, payments, withdrawals, its truly ghey. |
